Refund Policy.

1. Consulting Services
Due to the nature of strategic consulting and the time, resources, and bespoke research invested in our clients from the onset of any engagement, Colrincas Construction LLC generally does not offer refunds for consulting services rendered. Fees are incurred based on deliverables and milestones strictly outlined in your customized Service Agreement.
2. Retainer Agreements
For clients on a monthly retainer, you may cancel your services subject to the notice period specified in your contract (typically 30 to 60 days). Any work performed up until the date of cancellation will be billed accordingly, and prepaid retainers will be prorated, with any remaining balance subject to refund at our discretion.
3. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our services or believe an error has been made in billing, please contact our administrative team directly at help@colrincas.com. We are committed to working with our clients to resolve any disputes fairly and professionally.
4. Exceptions
Any exceptions to this policy will be explicitly documented and signed by both parties in the official Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Service Agreement (MSA) prior to commencement of the engagement.
